General

Opening times? Just place a reservation, and if needed one of our staff members will get out of bed just for you.
When you're renting with us for the first time, we need a copy of a valid passport or an identity card. This is necessary for insurance purposes. When we hand over the equipment we will also need your signature. If you let a friend/colleague pick up the equipment, we need a copy of their identity too.
You can park for free in our lot. When leaving, ask for a free exit card.
Orders are usually confirmed within a couple of hours. If you want to make a last-minute reservation, please call us instead.

Call us and we'll see what we can do for you! We're filmmakers too, so if you're really a lot earlier than agreed, we might be on a shoot ourselves (or still in bed...).

Payment

We only charge you for your shooting day(s). If you pick up the gear on the day before your shoot after 4:00PM, and return it the day after your shoot before 11:00AM, you will only be charged for a single day. This discount also applies to multiple days.
We provide iDEAL, creditcard, bank transfer, Bancontact and Giropay as options. Payments are processed through Stripe or Mollie.
Your payment needs to be confirmed before picking up the equipment. Please keep this in mind when transferring funds from a foreign bank account. If we haven't received a payment confirmation from our bank or payment provider, we, unfortunately, cannot give you the equipment.
If you're running late, just call us to check if it's a problem. In severe cases, we reserve the right to charge an additional rental day if the equipment is not returned on time.
